How to use a manual proxy;
1.Log out of Stardoll <—-step 2. Press Ctrl+Shift+DELETE(at the same time) in Firefox or Chrome
3.a window will pop up. Be sure that all the boxes are checked and in the “drop down” button be sure that you select.. ALL DAYS…not just 1 or 2 days ago…ALL….and Clear them!!
(In firefox the boxes will be shown when you click “Details)
4.to set up the manual proxy in Firefox click tools from the top bar
5.Click Options>Advanced>Settings
6.now in the first long box paste the manual proxy and you will see a small box at the right paste the port
7.now press ok, and ok again
9.now go to the link where you wanted to go, ex. Clubs, pages, contests
10.once your done doing what you wanted, go back to Tools and where you added the manual proxy and port, delete/erase it and click ok and ok again and your done!
Does Proxy server or manual proxies cause problems on your computer?
Depending on the manual proxy/proxy server…some are safe some are not..
When your using a proxy server DO NOT CLICK ANY ADS which is not part of stardoll
Even the Ads is safe and trusted, All the ads which is not part of the site you are viewing will cause Problems, but if the Ad is not in the fake stardoll(the stardoll with a proxy) it is safe!!!!
What does IP means and what does it do?
IP means “Internet Protocol” and Internet Protocol tells which place/country you live!
and some sites or stuffs are only viewable on some country example, UK, US, Poland, KSA
and not all the stuffs in stardoll is view-able in all country….
When your trying to get some free stuff stardoll tries to look at your IP
if its the country which the item is available in the country, they will accept it!
if not try using a manual proxy/Proxy server, it will hide your IP and change it
but once you closed the Proxy your old IP will come back!
I changed my country to the country which the item
is available at but it didn’t work?
even you change your country it cannot work!
stardoll will still know where you live from your IP (What is an IP? scroll at the top)
